Orders leave the counter in the order they arrive. If a parcel shows up damaged or faulty, write to me- each one gets its own answer.
I fulfill orders in the order they come in, aiming to ship every one within 72 hours. During high-volume runs- around holidays, new releases, when the work stacks- shipping can take up to three weeks. Parcels move by UPS and / or USPS.
US shipping starts at $9 for the first item and adds $4 for each additional item, capped at $22. Digital goods and readings carry no shipping. Orders over $125 take up to $19 off the shipping. The Alien Head ships free, within the US only.
I ship internationally to Canada ($30), Mexico ($36), and the British Isles- the UK, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey ($45 each). Shipping outside these regions is by arrangement- email talktillietome@gmail.com before ordering and I will arrange the route. I ship to most of the world; a small number of regions I have to decline, and I will let you know when we talk.
Inner Table subscribers get priority shipping in the order that subscribers place their orders, ahead of non-subscribers if there is competition.
Inner Table subscribers also get free shipping on every third item ordered together.
I always strive for customers to be deeply delighted, within reason.
Returns come with one firm rule- only faulty or damaged items are accepted. If something arrives broken or wrong, send word within 24 hours of delivery to hellointermediaryarts@gmail.com with proof of the damage or fault. Outside that window, solutions are case-by-case- every case is unique, and I address the rare return requests individually.
